Description: Shallow bowl with short slightly curved walls, made of porous pink ware. The bowl belongs to the decorative category of Coptic glazed ware typified by slip painting. The bowl is decorated with palmette shaped leaves, characterized by black outlines with slip painting in white, green and colorless glaze. This group of vessels is dated between the mid 8th century to the late 9th century.
