| Object's Name: Cooking Pot Open Period: Mamluk Material: Pottery Site: Jerusalem, Old City, Jewish Quarter, Cardo Height: 18.5 cm Diameter: 14.4 cm Description: Hand-made cooking pot made of light brown clay with quarzite,
burnished on the interior and exterior. The cooking pot has a round
body with two lug handles and an incised decoration on the shoulder.
The pot dated to the Mamluk period, was probably used on an open
