| Object's Name: Bowl Period: Crusader Material: Pottery Site: Arshaf, T. Description: Bowl made of coarse and sandy beige-colored clay. The bowl is
hemispherical in shape with a thickened inward -sloping rim and a
low ring base.
The bowl belongs to the group of Proto-Maiolica ware. It is decorated
with a central medallion with a cross-hatched pattern and dots within
them. The bowl was produced in Apulia and dated to the second half of
