| Object's Name: Bowl Carinated, With Inscription Period: Fatimid Material: Pottery Site: Caesarea Height: 3.2 cm Diameter: 20 cm Description: Bowl made of orange colored clay with ring-shaped base and flat
splayed rim. The Bowl is coated with tin glazing and decorated in
luster. The decoration consists of a central inscription with the
word "Baraka" - Blessing in Arabic and floral scrolls between the
letters and the rim. A band with guilloche pattern encircles the rim
The glazing is slightly cracked and the luster faded. The bowl is
dated to the Fatimid period, probably to the 2nd half of the 11th
