| Object's Name: Fragment Krater Engraved Period: Early Islamic Material: Soapstone Site: Ramla, esh-Sheikh Rihan Description: Wall and base remnants of a pan made of soap stone. It is
characterized by shallow walls with small ledge-shaped handles.
Vertical and horizontal engravings decorate the vessel on the
outside. Such skillets are known from other excavations at Ramla,
