| Object's Name: Lamp Almond Period: Early Islamic Material: Pottery Site: Ramla Lenght: 10 cm Wide: 7 cm Description: Almond-shaped lamp made of buff clay, with a tongue-shaped handle.
The lamp was made in two parts, in separate molds and joined
together when the clay was still wet. The lamp is decorated with
geometrically braided strips and stylized scales near the nozzle. The
