Description: A wooden boat was discovered at 1986 on an exposed area of the lake Kinneret. The boat was full of mud which preserved it. The boat constructed primarly of Cedar planks joint together by Pegged mortise-and-tenons joints and nails. The boat is shallow with flat bottom. It would have served for fishing and/or to transport passengers and supplies.
